Efficient energy management has long been one of our key priorities. As part of our efforts to bring the best possible conditions to our tenants, we have secured significant savings on electricity and gas prices in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield for 2025.

Thanks to careful selection of suppliers and thorough market analysis, we have managed to achieve more favourable prices. Electricity will be 19.36% cheaper for our tenants and gas 21.40%. These results confirm the validity of our decisions whilst at the same time bringing direct financial benefits that help our tenants reduce operating costs and improve overall rental conditions.
